We use festiVOL, a volunteer management system created specifically for music festivals, to handle our volunteer applications.

festiVOL is a program that helps fans exchange volunteer hours for free event tickets, a volunteer t-shirt and a great time with new friends! Fans are able to contribute their skills and assist in making the event magic!

Sign-Up

Go to the festiVOL website and set up an account, if you don’t have one already. If you created an account last year, and you need a reminder of your user name, send an email to us at meadowgrassvolunteers@gmail.com. Once you have an account, you can fill out an application. Some volunteer positions will allow you to schedule yourself, and some will be scheduled by the volunteer leads. Read full details on the festiVOL website.
