Volunteer With Us in 2018
for the Epic 10th Annual MeadowGrass!

Volunteers keep the festival going! MeadowGrass would not be possible without the help of dedicated folks working at the front gate, parking, camping, set-up/tear-down and more. We appreciate each one of our volunteers, and we’d be glad to have you join us!

Depending on the task, shifts are typically available from mid-morning through mid-evening, but some shifts are earlier or later. We also need help with set-up Wednesday and Thursday before the festival and help with tear-down Monday and Tuesday after the festival. (Think about it – you can get shifts that don’t happen DURING the festival!).

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age (21 to work with alcohol). Deadline for applications is Sunday, April 1, 2018.

Volunteering comes with the following perks:

  • For one four-hour shift, each volunteer will receive entrance to the event for that day and a commemorative t-shirt.
  • For two four-hour shifts, each volunteer will receive a weekend pass and a commemorative t-shirt.
  • For three four-hour shifts, each volunteer will receive camping privileges, a weekend pass and a commemorative t-shirt.

(Parking is not included in your volunteer benefits; volunteers will be required to pay for parking. Discounted advance parking passes will be available for purchase prior to the festival.)

Camping volunteers will be invited to set-up camp anytime after 4 p.m. Thursday (exclusive for three-shift volunteers)!

All volunteers must attend an orientation meeting from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018. The orientation will be at Epicentral Coworking at 415 N. Tejon in Colorado Springs. Please mark your calendar now!

Volunteers are required to check in at the location assigned on their shift schedule 15 minutes prior to each scheduled shift and check out with the shift supervisor when their shift ends. Volunteers should come prepared for substantial changes in weather. Volunteers are not permitted to consume alcohol before or during their shifts. Coming to a shift impaired may result in revocation of your volunteer benefits and ejection from the festival.

We are also looking for some volunteer leaders who would like to take a more active role in the festival. Needs are still being assessed, but if you might be willing to take on a higher level of responsibility as a volunteer, please indicate that on the form below.

If you have any questions about volunteering at MeadowGrass 2018, please email MeadowGrassVolunteers@gmail.com.

Thank you!
