Becoming a vendor

One thing that makes MeadowGrass so memorable is our outstanding variety of vendors. Each year we have the privilege of hosting talented businesses from food trucks to merchandise must-haves!

No structure is provided; space measures 10’x10′. This is not a juried show, but we do look for high-quality merchandise and not “flea market” type goods. We do make an effort to ensure there is little to no duplication of merchandise; however we cannot guarantee exclusivity. You may not sell any music CDs or unlicensed festival merchandise. You may also not sell any items that include potentially copyrighted material. Past vendors in good standing have first priority; after that new vendors will be added provided their goods do not duplicate existing vendors.

Openings are infrequent and are filled with a vendor from the waiting list that will complement and not duplicate the existing food selection. Please email prior to submitting your application if you have never been a food vendor at this festival. Mobile, self-contained units are preferred as no structure is provided. We have limited space for trucks, so the ability to operate from a tent is preferred. All vendors must have a current retail food license from the State of Colorado and the El Paso County Health Department. This is a hard show to get into. We have limited spaces, with first priority given to past vendors in good standing.

To request a vendor application and the vending rules, please send an e-mail to or use our vendor contact form here

Deadline for vendor applications is March 24, 2018.
